Membership requirments.

The Colonies House, Inc. membership runs from February to January.  The fees are based upon several factors, as listed below.

        Residents - members residing in the Colonies North, Hidden Creek, Mid-Acres, Summit Foothills, Carrington Place or Stevenwood subdivisions.

        Non-Residents - members residing in any area other than those subdivisions listed above.

        Seniors - members whose head of household is 60 years of age or above.

        Single Person - members who live alone, without dependents

Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Colonies Club House at 7:00 pm. Current Board members are as follows:
