2025 AFTER-HOUR KEY FOB REGULATION, REGISTRATION, WAIVER & RELEASE

After-Hours swimming is a supplemental program designed only for full paid members, that may wish to swim outside the regular hours when lifeguards are provided. Only registered After-Hour swimmers are permitted to use the pool for this purpose.
THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL AFTER-HOUR SWIMMERS
In exchange for the privilege of being allowed to swim After-Hours at the Colonies House pool, I agree to abide by the following:
• No guests during non-lifeguard fob hours.
• to swim at my own risk when a properly credentialed lifeguard is not present.
• to swim in the company of at least one adult; to be present with minors (below 18 years of age).
• to allow only immediate family members listed on the membership form of the After-Hours key fob holder to swim after-hours OR a member of a registered key fob holder family.
• to not have recently consumed or to consume alcoholic beverages while swimming during After-Hours.
• to have a cell phone for emergency purposes during the After-Hour swimming session (office access is unavailable).
• to NOT swim between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
• to abide by the policy of “Adults only before 9am,” unless swim lessons; or one child in carrier.
• to use the pool key fob only for swimming purposes (initial key fob cost is included with membership and replacement key fobs are $25, limit 2 per family).
• NO GLASS – NO SMOKING ON GROUNDS – NO PETS
• to hold harmless Colonies House, Inc. and each of its affiliates and their respective owner(s), directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, administrators, and executors from all liability(ies) resulting from my use of the facility.
If any of the above rules are violated by the After-Hours Member:
• 1st Occurrence – Verbal warning and notation of infraction, non-members will be asked to leave the premises.
• 2nd Occurrence – Loss of membership and forfeiture of membership dues for that season.
2025 RULES & REGULATIONS

POOL USE & CONDUCT RULES:
• NO GUESTS DURING NON-LIFEGUARD FOB HOURS.
• Children 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Children 14 to 17 may swim without adult supervision during pool hours.
• No person, regardless of age, may swim alone or unsupervised.
• ADULT SWIM occurs during the last 10 minutes of each hour. No children are allowed in the pool during lifeguard break, regardless of adult supervision.
• A parent or guardian must always supervise children in the baby pool.
• Baby pool is for children 5 years old and under.
• When the lifeguard is on duty, they are the sole authority. Do not distract them.
• Diving anywhere in the pool, other than the sectioned deep end, is strictly prohibited.
• Climbing, diving, or flipping off of the lifeguard stands is prohibited.
• Appropriate swim attire is required.
• Swim diapers must be worn at all times by children who are not potty trained.
• Do not sit, play with, or hang on the lane lines.
• No prolonged underwater swimming or breath holding.
• No running, pushing, dangerous horseplay, or rowdy behavior.
• No loud music or profane language.
• Immediately inform lifeguards of any accident or debris in the water or on the pool deck.
• Key Fob Gate will be kept closed/locked after entering or exiting.
• Colonies House is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property in the pool area.
• In the event of an accident, report it immediately.
POOL GUEST POLICY:
• Members and their guests must check in.
• Guest fee: $7, regardless of swimming status.
• Each membership (not individual) is limited to 5 guests at any one time. If party exceeds this number, members are to schedule a pool party (see below).
POOL HOURS OF OPERATION:
• MONDAY: POOL CLOSED
• Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7am – 9pm
• Friday and Saturday: 7am-10pm
• Key fob activated during open hours only.
POOL PARTIES:
• Members can schedule pool parties during lifeguard hours, with up to 25 guests, for a $50 reservation fee to secure the date, $20/hr. for additional lifeguard(s), and desired table. $7 guest fee for each non-member, regardless of swimming status.
• Must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
• Private pool parties are available to members, by application and Board review only.

GENERAL PROPERTY RULES:
• No animals, smoking, vaping, or weapons
of any kind allowed on the property.
• No glass containers in the Pool Area.
• Do not consume food and/or beverages in the pool.
• Clean up after yourself. All litter, paper, or debris must be placed in trash containers.
• Members are responsible for any property damage they or their guests cause, and upon demand shall pay for any and all damages to Colonies House.
Violations of Rules will result in verbal warnings, being asked to leave for the day, documented written warnings, suspension of pool access, or revoked pool access, with no return or refund of membership dues. Any misuse or misconduct may result in suspension of pool privileges or revoked membership privileges, at the sole discretion of the Colonies House Board of Directors, with no return or refund of membership dues.
By purchasing this membership, applicant (plus family & guests) agrees to all terms and conditions of the rules, guidelines, & regulations required by Colonies House, Inc. I agree and understand that by signing the Electronic Signature Acknowledgement and Consent Form, that all electronic signatures are the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature, and I consent to be legally bound to this agreement.
