Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at Colonies House is a dedicated team of volunteers working hard to support and grow our community space. Over the past year, they have been actively fundraising, making essential repairs, managing finances to get out of debt, and maintaining the facility. Their efforts ensure that Colonies House remains a vibrant and welcoming place for all. If you’re passionate about making a difference and would like to join the board, we’d love to hear from you!

Monthly Board Meeting

Any active member, former active member, non-resident member and/or committee chair may attend any regular Board Meeting. These attendees will have no voting rights. If the attendees wish to speak or present information, they must submit their information in writing (by email or written letter) to the Secretary of the Board, at minimum of five (5) days prior to be added to the meeting agenda. The Secretary will acknowledge receipt of the information and request.

ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING

The annual meeting of active resident members shall be held at the Colonies House on January 15, 2025 at 6pm for the purpose of electing the Board of Directors, for the ensuing term, and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
